Consultation
A discussion lasting between 30 - 60 minutes discussing what you want as a result from this project and the best option for you to gain that result.
In this consultation, we will discuss such things as what platforms you are wanting to advertise, as well as pricing, time, location, due date, and which plan will work best for you. This is a good time to share any visual inspiration or Pinterest boards with the kind of style you are after.

This consultation is compulsory but there is no obligation to go through with anything once consultation is over.
Photography
Photography time! This not only includes the hire of the professional equipment I use, but the creative direction of the photography. Although you can be involved in the creative process as much or as little as you like.​
​
Please bring any props or outfits you'd like to change into if necessary. And please keep any areas expected to be photographed neat and tidy.
​
If you have staff or customers coming in that day, please make them aware they may be in frame.
Pricing
Pricing guide is down below. This includes everything from the initial consultation, pre-production, shooting, and editing your photos.

It is expected that once a price is confirmed in our initial consultation, 60% of that price will be paid within 14 days of the consult (or before the day of production), and the other 40% be paid once the photos are finalised and any changes have been made.
Any other fees that are agreed upon during production will be sent via a new invoice and will need to be paid at the same time as the remaining payment.
Pre-Production
This is important for me to fully visualise what you're after. Depending on the type of photos you want, this may not be necessary for all projects.
The location scout involves me going to an agreed location where most of the photography will take place. This will help the me know the lighting, colours, and space I have to work with. If that's not possible, I may ask you to send through photos of the location.

After the location scout is done, I will create a shot list and will use this as a base for the photos.
Editing & Changes
I use industry grade editing software to edit your photographs.

I will send you a contact sheet via email with all the photos taken on the day. You can choose the photos you want and let me know which ones to edit.

If you are not sure or do not mind, I am happy to choose your number of the best photos on your behalf.
​
I will edit them and send the chosen photos in a contact sheet. This is where you will let me know of any changes needed to be made.
Videography (Optional)
Videos can be taken in conjunction with the photographs. Although this is an additional cost requires a different process and will not be available if asked on the day of photography.

Although, photos can also be arranged into a video edit, which can make great instagram reels or website embellishments.

This is optional, but an excellent addition for extra media content! Check out the Videography page for examples.
