Consultation
A discussion lasting between 30 - 60 minutes discussing what you want as a result from this project and the best option for you to gain that result. In this consultation, we will discuss such things as what platforms you are wanting to advertise, as well as pricing, time, location, expectation, and which plan will work best for you. If you have any videos or visual inspiration to share, this would be the bet time to do so.

This consultation is compulsory but there is no obligation to go through with anything once consultation is over. But if a price is agreed upon and we are happy to continue, 60% is to be paid within 14 days of the consult, and the other 40% to be paid once the videos are edited and finalised.
Filming
This is the bit I love; the filming!
This not only includes the hire of the professional equipment, but the creative direction. Setting up can take up to 30 minutes per location. I will use the pre-production as a guide of what to shoot; although extra shots may be taken.

Please be aware, although unlikely, depending on the location, weather, and set up, filming can take up to 6 hours. This should be discussed during the pre-production.

If you have any props of change of clothes, please bring them with you to the shoot.
Pricing
Pricing guide is down below. This includes everything from the initial consultation, pre-production, filming, music, and video editing.

It is expected that once a price is finalised in our initial consultation, 60% of that price will be paid within 14 days of the consult (and/or before filming), and the other 40% be paid once the edit is finalised.
Any other fees that are agreed upon during production will be sent via a separate invoice and will need to be paid at the same time as the remaining 40%.
Pre-Production
This is essential for the me to fully visualise the video you're after. The location scout involves the you and I meeting at an agreed location where most of the videography will take place, and have a discussion help you discover what you want visually, and involves script writing, location scouting, shot lists and prop lists, finding actors, etc.

If this is not possible, it would be ideal for you to send photos via email or text of the location where filming will be shot.
​
After the location scout is done or photos of the location have been sent through, I will create a story board to use as a base for filming. You can be involved in the creative process as much or as little as you like.
Editing & Changes
Selena Media uses industry grade editing software to edit, animate, and colour grade your footage, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition, etc.
Please give some direction on the type of video you are after and how long you want it to be. Once the video is edited and sent to you for approval, you can decide on any changes you'd like to make.

Edits are usually 30 seconds or more, but multiple short reels can be discussed.

Photography (Optional)
Photographs can be taken on the day of filming, or at a separate time for an addition fee. This can include behind the scenes photographs, food/product pictures, portraits, or stills of your business. This will not be done on location without prior discussion, and will need to be discussed during the consultation.
